  • Be able to type accurately and have a strong attention to detail

  • Be results driven in a high-pressure environment  
  • Be deadline orientated  
  • Be of sober habits  
  • Able to work in an open plan office – no remote working  
  • Fast learner.  

 
Qualifications 

  • Minimum matric  
  • Computer literate  
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of MS Word, Excel and Outlook  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Capture and analyze financial data  
  • Assist other team members with their duties  
  • Telephonic confirmations  
  • Ad hoc support around the office  

Customer Service Agents

Are you a natural when it comes to talking on the phone and working with people? 

Unique opportunity for a young, dynamic, organized, well presented and well-spoken individual with the right personality who would like to get to know the tax industry inside out while dealing with and assisting in servicing individual tax clients under the guidance of a fully qualified and experienced tax practitioner.  

Requirements: 

The successful candidate must be/ have: 

  • Residing in Roodepoort on the West Rand 
  • Bilingual 
  • Minimum matric 
  • Be of sober habits  
  • Able to type accurately and fast and have strong attention to detail 
  • A fast learner and willing to take on new challenges 
  • The ability to work under pressure 
  • A perfectionist – logical and analytical 
  • Deadline orientated 
  • Able to build and keep client relations 
  • Willing to go the extra mile in order to grow in a career 
  • Able to work in an open plan office – no remote working 

     

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum matric  
  • Computer literate

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Intermediary between the company and client 
  • Facilitate a case until it can be presented for a quote. 
  • Managing email and allocating documents to the database 
  • Phoning a customer base for relevant information and documents 
  • Phoning third parties to obtain information and documents 
  • Dealing with customer complaints and queries 
  • Be able to delegate certain tasks to other departments 
  • Working along with other departments in the company to ensure customer satisfaction and quick turnaround times
